As promised this denotes the start of phase 2 for Settlement expansion. Last week there was the 'Expansion Unit' itself allowing settlement owners to add more 'space' to their settlements, this week sees the first in a line of 'Income Streams' for settlements.

A long standing issue with settlements is many have to rely on player interaction to make a profit (Ashar, Wesbec etc) and many a captain has over extended himself with unseen expenses or simple over spending on his or her part.

This release is over 100 new modules allowing for 15 new buildings. These use predominately standard resource types (no alien or settlement loot) to craft but I suspect will not be easy nor cheap.

Costings on these has been worked out using Joes X 3. Pay any more and expect to take longer to recoup your finances before turning a profit, but that's entirely down to you the settlement owner.

You can ONLY fit ONE of each 'type' to your settlement, so before you rush off to build 6 Settlement Shopping centres or 5 new Hospitals please bear this in mind.

The new store that sells these schematics is 'Dome Depot' and initially I'm just releasing this as a NPC only available store. I 'will' add it as a Settlement store at a later date but initially its NPC only. This means you will need to locate them. There is one at McAlisters Ship Yard to get you all started.
